Hello and Welcome!

I am a counselor who used to be a teacher. As a mental health practitioner, I believe deeply that everyone has stories that need to be told, and when people face difficulties in life it is often because they are struggling to fit events into their personal narrative in a meaningful way. I am passionate about working in collaboration with individuals to co-create a story that best honours their truths. As someone who self-identifies as a woman of colour, an immigrant, and a member of the LGBTQ2S+ community, I am especially in solidarity with people who are BIPOC, LGBTQ2+, immigrants, women, and members of other minority groups. If any of this interests you, this is what I have to humbly offer.
